Shipping Policy
Order Deadline:
All orders must be placed by 12:00 GMT to begin processing on the same business day.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Dispatch & Delivery Time:
Orders are dispatched within 7–11 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. Delivery times may vary based on the destination country.
Important Notes:
- Delivery timelines may be affected by local customs or holidays.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Order Process
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This means that your order is in our system and we have started processing it. It takes our team 1–3 business days on average to prepare the order, then please allow between 7–11 business days for the order to reach you.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation when we have dispatched your order. In the same email, you will also receive your own unique tracking code so that you can keep an eye on your package.
Delayed Orders
If the maximum time limit for processing and dispatching the order has expired and your order has still not arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your parcel has still not arrived, please contact us quoting your order number.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your package arrives damaged or you receive a wrong item, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the contents and the damage. Then send it to trypurenza@gmail.com along with your order number so that we can find a suitable solution for you.
